  • Consulting partnership is a two-way process. I provide my practical experience in improving the business processes with awareness sessions, practical tools/techniques, case study examples, and handholding the team when they are stuck with the implementation.

    The business owners/ leadership team are responsible for driving the internal team by reviewing progress between sessions and making timely decisions with the team.
